I have been on cholesterol medication for 25 years. When I started this journey I was at 148 pounds. The heaviest I had ever ever been. My cholesterol was at 304. After 10 days I had lost 4 pounds. I decided to continue the program until I went to my doctor mid-November. I told my doctor what I was doing and she was a little skeptical that it would make a huge difference but she was curious herself. She called me the next day because she was so excited with the results. I had lost 14 pounds and my cholesterol was 237.
